What is life coaching?

Coaching is a process that allows a person to reflect and become aware of who they are, what’s important to them and what actions to take to make the changes they want in their life.

It’s about knowing what makes you happy and becoming aware of the limiting beliefs that you have that are preventing you from waking up happy every single day.

It’s about setting up a specific plan to achieve a specific outcome that excites you and is relevant to you. 

It’s about you.

Thanks for visiting my site! As you may have picked up from my name, I am Italian but I live in London – although I try to visit my family as often as possible to spend time with my 1 year-old nephew Rayan.

I love drinking coffee and playing tennis, also competitively. I own a digital marketing business and I’ve been working as a coach for the past few months.

I was in therapy for a few good years in my 20s and it was by far the best investment I could have ever made and my mental health and I have been reaping the benefits every day since.

I’ve always wanted to give something back and help someone the way I was, and coaching has given me the opportunity to do that.

Individual sessions last 60 minutes.

Coaching allows you to shut the world out and stop for a moment to consider where you are right now and where you want to go. It’s a safe non-judgemental space where we explore your inside as well as your outside world and how the two are working together. 

Starting from the reasons that brought you to coaching, sessions can go down different paths:

If you have a specific goal in mind, we come up with a plan and make a roadmap to get you there.

If you are facing a challenge or struggling with a decision, we explore your ideal outcomes and how to make those happen. Or we can dig a little deeper and find out what exactly is challenging you about a specific situation or relationship.

If you don’t have a specific goal in mind but you are experiencing a general feeling of being lost or stuck or unhappy, we can explore the reasons why you’re feeling that way and discover new feelings, thoughts or scenarios that you’d like to manifest instead.

By asking questions and opening up new boxes, coaching allows you to get to the answers you need, get to know yourself a little better, change your life and reach your goals.

Your coaching journey is as unique as you are. Depending on your goals and what brings you to coaching, you might need a couple of one hour planning sessions followed up by bi-weekly calls to track progress, while other times weekly hourly sessions are what you may need to achieve a specific goal.

As such, you can decide the frequency of the sessions and you are free to change it at all times to meet your needs.

If you are new to coaching and unsure about what to start with, my suggestion is to always start with weekly sessions.

Absolutely not. Coaching is about you, so you can decide to stop or change the frequency of the sessions at all times.

I am offering a Pay As You Feel payment system at the moment, where you are free to choose how much you can afford and want to pay after each session.

Currently all sessions are online. I use Zoom for the majority of the sessions.

Yes – please try and cancel your session at least 24 hours before. If you aren’t sure you’ll be able to make it, I’d rather reschedule it to a more convenient time in the first place. I’m very flexible and rescheduling is not an issue.

In case of repeat cancellations, I may ask you to pay for your session in advance with no refunds.
