Hi (again!) – I’m Dario and I am a qualified dating & relationship life coach.

I have been where you are right now.

I believe we all deserve to love and be loved unconditionally – so I help gay guys struggling with love addiction and toxic couples create happy and healthy relationships.

Why me?

Throughout all my 20s the thing I wanted more than anything else was to have a romantic relationship that would magically change my life and make everything better, but despite all my attempts I kept ending up with just more and more heartache.

Out of desperation, I went into therapy: I still see that decision as the best investment of my life. That was when I was finally able to see my relationship patterns and understand why I had them – and eventually change them.

I’m now in a happy relationship with my boyfriend (we have just bought a house in London) and we’re considering adopting.

Helping other gay guys who are going through the same struggle is my way of paying it forward – to help others the way I myself was helped through the worst time of my life.

I’m Italian but don’t let that fool you – I’m a Londoner at heart. When I’m not coaching clients you can find me drinking coffee and playing tennis (not necessarily in that order) and my absolute favourite holiday is on an island – the more remote the better.

I realise putting a price on finding love and living a life where you wake up happy every day is a very hard task (and I honestly can’t – can you?)

I normally find that 6 sessions is a good amount of time to start seeing changes and results in your reality. It’s also a good commitment to set for yourself – a commitment to invest in yourself and your peace of mind (and heart). 

Having said that, if you are still unsure, I do give out individual sessions lasting 60 min for GBP 59 / USD 80.

I also offer 6-session packages for GBP 299 / USD 405, which works out a better rate for you if you are serious about changing your love life.


I always keep a limited amount of slots using a Pay As You Feel payment system, where you are free to choose how much you can afford and want to pay after each session. If you feel you can’t afford my standard rate, drop me a line using the form below.

Individual sessions last 60 minutes.

Coaching allows you to shut the world out and stop for a moment to consider where you are right now and where you want to go. It’s a safe non-judgemental space where we explore your inside as well as your outside world and how the two are working together. 

Starting from the reasons that brought you to coaching, sessions can go down different paths:

If you have a specific goal in mind, we come up with a plan and make a roadmap to get you there.

If you are facing a challenge or struggling with a decision, we explore your ideal outcomes and how to make those happen. Or we can dig a little deeper and find out what exactly is challenging you about a specific situation or relationship.

If you don’t have a specific goal in mind but you are experiencing a general feeling of being lost or stuck or unhappy, we can explore the reasons why you’re feeling that way and discover new feelings, thoughts or scenarios that you’d like to manifest instead.

By asking questions and opening up new boxes, coaching allows you to get to the answers you need, get to know yourself a little better, change your life and reach your goals.

Your coaching journey is as unique as you are. Depending on your goals and what brings you to coaching, you might need a couple of one hour planning sessions followed up by bi-weekly calls to track progress, while other times weekly hourly sessions are what you may need to achieve a specific goal.

As such, you can decide the frequency of the sessions and you are free to change it at all times to meet your needs.

If you are new to coaching and unsure about what to start with, my suggestion is to always start with weekly sessions.

Absolutely not. Coaching is about you, so you can decide to stop or change the frequency of the sessions at all times.

If you’ve purchased a multi-session package, it will expire after a year from the date of purchase (= you have one year to use all the sessions you have purchased).

An individual session lasting 60 min is £59/$80.

I also offer 6-session packages for £299/$405.

Currently all sessions are online. I use Zoom for the majority of the sessions.

Yes – please try and cancel your session at least 24 hours before.

In case of a no-show or a late show, no refund will be made.

If you aren’t sure you’ll be able to make it, I’d rather reschedule it to a more convenient time in the first place. I’m very flexible and rescheduling is not an issue.
